Please note there is a 24H grace period to cancel furniture orders after an order is placed, after which all orders are final sale. The request must be received via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for it to be processed accordingly. We are not able to process any requests received via phone or text. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days to process a cancellation and an email request will be sent with the confirmation. Depending on your bank and credit card, it may take longer to appear on your statement.
All furniture automatically comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Any damage by force to the furniture is not covered under the warranty.
In the event the store and supplier agree to a cancellation following the 24H period, there is a 30% restocking fee.
MATTRESSES & BOXSPRINGS
Not all mattresses are eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us to know what mattresses are eligible for return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your mattress must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the mattress was shipped outside of our local delivery radius, there may be a shipping charge associated with the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item has any foundational/structural defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please keep the furniture box with you once received and email in photos of the defective item and the box(es) it came in. This information is needed to forward to the supplier, who will dispatch a replacement piece for us that we can exchange. Simply call or email for further clarification if needed.
Please note, if we do not receive the information needed right away it could delay the service order.
Given our furniture is made of solid wood, sometimes due to its natural state, the wood frames can contain minor blemishes or imperfections. These do not affect the integrity of the frame or their structure and are therefore not covered under warranty. Please reach out to us if you have any questions at all.
Exchanges for purchasing incorrect sizes or boxsprings that do not fit will come with a $50 delivery fee and 30% restocking fee, so please double check the item's dimensions. We are available to assist as well.
You may exchange a mattress for another one if the mattress is in the plastic compressed wrapping and it is within 7 days of purchase.
Not all Furniture or Mattresses is eligible for refunds. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to the original payment method used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but the funds are immediately released once the return is processed. If you purchased with your email address, you will receive a notification from the system confirming the order refund.
Please note, there are no refunds/returns if the item has been delivered, is opened/assembled and/or used. Warranty still applies for any structural defects or damages.
